As a dedicated gamer with years of experience under my belt, I’m thrilled to see EA Sports WRC releasing some major updates this year. The October expansion with new locations, vehicles, and stages is something I’ve been eagerly waiting for. I can already imagine the adrenaline rush of racing through those new terrains in high-performance cars.


EA has unveiled the complete plan for EA Sports WRC’s upcoming developments in a fresh blog announcement, including news of an expansion due out in October 2024 and additional important information.

As an excited fan, I can’t wait for the October Season Expansion! This update will bring new and exciting locations for us to race through. We’ll get to explore new rally stages that will put our high-performance vehicles to the test. Plus, we’ll have the opportunity to customize our rides with fresh liveries. The developers are keeping some details under wraps for now, but they promise to share all the juicy details with us in the upcoming months. So, stay tuned!

Two more DLC packs are planned to be released. The first one is expected to come out in Winter 2024, while the second is scheduled for Spring 2025. These packs include new cars, rally stages, and special moments among their offerings.

The WRC’s 2024 plan announced today indicates that the Rally Pass for Season 6 will be available starting July 30. This release will include fresh liveries, racing suits, and helmet designs.

As a long-time fan of racing games, particularly those focused on rally events, I’m thrilled to hear about the upcoming changes to the Rally Pass system. Having spent countless hours customizing my cars and drivers in previous versions, I can’t help but feel excited about the prospect of having complete cosmetic sets at my disposal from the get-go.

As an excited fan, I’m thrilled to share that today’s blog entry not only provided us with the latest WRC eSports roadmap but also gave us a tantalizing update. EA has confirmed that the project is “still in development,” meaning it’s continuing to progress behind the scenes.
