The Forsaken Hollows DLC for Elden Ring Nightreign is now available on consoles and Steam. This guide will show you how to unlock and start playing the DLC if you own the Digital Deluxe Edition or purchased it today.

How to unlock the new Nightfarers in Elden Ring Nightreign The Forsaken Hollows DLC
In Elden Ring’s Nightreign The Forsaken Hollows update, two new characters have been added: The Undertaker and Scholar. To unlock them, you first need to defeat the Tricephalos boss. After that, return to Roundtable Hold and speak with the Iron Menial – they’ll have a message for you from the Small Jar Merchant.

How to unlock the Balancers in the Forsaken Hollows DLC in Elden Ring Nightreign
To fight the new Balancers boss in the Nightreign DLC for Elden Ring’s The Forsaken Hollows, you first need to have beaten at least two main game bosses, including Tricephalos. You also need to have both the Scholar and Undertaker characters unlocked and ready to play. Once you’ve done that, head to the chapel located behind the Small Jar Merchant. This will trigger the “Great Hollows” event, allowing you to start the boss fight against the Balancers.

FromSoftware and Bandai Namco announced that a future update will allow players to access new DLC content in Deep of Night even during standard expeditions. To play with the DLC content, you’ll need to team up with three other players who also own it.
How to activate the Forsaken Hollows DLC in Elden Ring Nightreign
If you bought the downloadable content (DLC) on Steam, it should have installed automatically. If not, you can enable it by going to the game’s properties and checking the box for The Forsaken Hollows. On PlayStation 5 and 4, if you own the Deluxe Edition, you’ll need to download the DLC for free from the PlayStation Store. For Xbox, go to ‘Manage Game and Add-ons’ for Elden Ring Nightreign and check the box to install if you own the DLC.
