Emiru Accuses Mizkif of Sexual Assault and Blackmail Threats Over Dead Pets

Emily Schunk, known online as Emiru, has publicly accused fellow Twitch streamer Mizkif (Matthew Rinaudo) of sexual assault, abuse, and threatening her with information about her deceased pets. These accusations shed light on the details of their past, previously private, relationship.

Rumors of a relationship between Mizkif and Emiru began circulating around January 2022, not long after Mizkif ended his relationship with Maya Higa. Around the same time, Emiru joined Mizkif’s streaming organization, One True King (OTK), becoming a content creator and moving into their shared house in Austin, Texas. She later became a co-owner of OTK. During a livestream on October 25th, Emiru confirmed the relationship, revealing that they had broken up around early 2025. She also stated she had been trying to avoid discussing him for the entire year.

Emiru Accuses Mizkif of Sexual Assault and More

After hearing about new allegations against Mizkif that reminded her of her own experiences, Emiru decided to speak out. She explained she felt obligated to share important information that few others knew. She then accused Mizkif of sexually assaulting her during a vulnerable moment, stating that he initially tried to comfort her while she was crying, but his actions quickly escalated. “He tried to climb on top of me and aggressively put his hand down my pants, and I screamed,” Emiru shared, recalling the incident which occurred days after she was assaulted at TwitchCon 2025.

Mizkif Allegedly Threatened Smear Campaign Over Emiru’s Pet Rabbits

During a livestream on October 25th, Emiru revealed messages from Mizkif showing he repeatedly tried to make amends after she stopped speaking to him. However, she also described behavior she considered controlling and abusive. She claimed he even threatened her with blackmail, though she didn’t provide the same level of proof for those claims. According to Emiru, at TwitchCon, Mizkif allegedly threatened an employee, saying he would ruin her if she ever talked about him. She stated that multiple sources told her Mizkif planned to falsely accuse her of animal cruelty, specifically claiming she had killed her own rabbits, as several had died over the three years she lived with him.

Mizkif Admits to Some of Emiru’s Allegations, While Rejecting Others

Shortly after Emiru publicly accused him of misconduct, Mizkif responded in a 40-minute livestream. He admitted to some of her claims, including controlling behavior, explaining he’d asked her to change her clothing style, limit contact with certain people, and not travel without his permission, stating he was concerned for her safety. Regarding the accusation of sexual assault, Mizkif disagreed with Emiru’s description of the event. He stated it happened after their breakup, but followed a period of approximately 30 minutes of cuddling and kissing, which Emiru had also acknowledged she initially didn’t object to. Mizkif claimed he believed she wanted things to escalate, but she ultimately screamed, causing him to stop and leave. His account of the event otherwise matched Emiru’s.

Mizkif Insists Emiru Neglected Her Pet Rabbits

Okay, so things got really messy between Mizkif and Emiru, and it all played out publicly. During a stream, Mizkif said he felt like Emiru seriously neglected her rabbits when they lived together at the OTK mansion – he even said he’d tried to talk to her about it multiple times. He actually regrets not ending their relationship sooner, saying he just didn’t know how to do it once things were clearly falling apart. It got even more intense when Emiru announced she was filing a restraining order against him on her stream, but Mizkif insists he hasn’t been stalking her and that he genuinely wishes her all the best.
