As a movie buff, I’m thrilled to share that spring is almost upon us, and with it comes the eagerly awaited EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival at Disney World! From March 5th until June 2nd, guests will have the chance to step into a breathtaking world of flora, featuring captivating topiaries, verdant gardens, engaging entertainment, unique Disney merchandise, and, not forgetting, an impressive selection of festival-exclusive edibles and beverages.
This year’s festival boasts an array of more than 180 tantalizing options for food enthusiasts, making it a veritable culinary paradise. Among the fresh food offerings are the Seafood Bake and S’mores Bar at the newly introduced Beach Grub marketplace. Some popular dishes from past festivals are back by popular demand, such as the Beef Tenderloin Tips at Northern Bloom, the Avocado Toast at BRUNCHCOT, and the Grilled Street Corn at Beach Grub. Furthermore, Disney is unveiling eight brand-new experiences at this year’s event.
The Disney Parks Blog reports that the Florida Fresh Marketplace is set to offer new delicacies including Conch Fritters served with key lime aioli and a Florida Strawberry Shortcake made up of vanilla pound cake, macerated strawberries, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream. At EPCOT Farmers Feast, patrons can anticipate savoring Grilled Asparagus with pancetta bacon, spring peas, and truffle-sherry vinaigrette, along with a Blueberry Crumble Cake featuring blueberry-lemon zest soft-serve and blueberry compote. Some must-taste items from this marketplace also include Grilled Peaches with Burrata and prosciutto, a Warm Corn Cookie with sweet corn soft-serve and brûléed corn on top, and a Peach Cobbler served with cinnamon gelato and streusel topping.

To enhance the food offerings at the festival, we’ve introduced the freshly established Beach Grub Marketplace, where coastal cuisine is the main attraction. The star dish
A new attraction at the festival this year is Yacht Grub, modeled after Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. This new booth offers upscale, nautical-themed dishes for guests to enjoy. The Trio of Dips and Chips includes caramelized onion dip, whipped feta dip, and pimento cheese with house-made potato chips and caviar. Additionally, the Meat Assorti offers a gourmet selection of beef bresaola, prosciutto ham, and salami, accompanied by baby arugula, pickled mustard seeds, tomato jam, truffle oil, and grilled ciabatta. For those who enjoy a twist on a classic dish, Refreshment Port is serving Provence Poutine – Herbes de Provence-seasoned French fries topped with goat brie, lavender honey, hazelnut croquant, and fresh lavender.
Other venues are introducing unique tastes for this year’s festival as well. Connections Eatery presents a novel Lemon-Lavender Baumkuchen and a Carrot Cake Liege Waffle adorned with candied pecans and cream cheese frosting. Magnolia Terrace offers Grilled Gulf Oysters with zesty Cajun andouille sausage butter, lemon, and at La Isla Fresca, new additions include the spicy Jamaican Jerk Chicken, a Seafood Ceviche, and a plant-based dessert – the Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho, blending chocolate cake, coconut custard, and passion fruit caramel. With an array of new and returning delights, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 2025 promises to be an extraordinary event, running from March 5 to June 2.
