Sometimes the mobile games are the same ones offered on PC, which means they don’t get as much hype. But other times, they’re totally different! The latest freebies from the Epic Games Store are kind of a mix of both – not a complete overlap, but not entirely unique either. Okay, so as a gamer, here’s the deal with free games this week. If you’re on PC and use the Epic Games Store, you can grab two freebies right now. First, there’s a Firestone Online Idle RPG bundle – it’s got like $100 worth of stuff in it! And secondly, they’re giving away the survival game Nightingale. If you’re playing on mobile, you *also* get the Firestone Online Idle RPG bundle, but instead of Nightingale, you can get the puzzle game Doodle Devil: Dark Side. These are available until Thursday, October 9th at 10:00am CT, and then they’ll be replaced with a new set of freebies.

As a gamer, I’ve noticed a big difference between the free games on the Epic Games Store for mobile and PC. With mobile, they don’t really give us a heads-up about what’s coming next week. But on PC, we’re already in the know! We know that the Firestone Online Idle RPG and Nightingale are getting swapped out for Gravity Circuit and the Rogue Journeyman bundle for Albion Online, and those will be free to grab from October 9 to October 16.
The future looks bright for those who use the Epic Games Store! The popular free mystery game promotion is very likely to come back in December, and it will be interesting to see how it works on phones and tablets.
