Escape from Tarkov’s First Major Collaboration Confirmed

Battlestate Games has announced the first big collaboration for Escape from Tarkov, teaming up with the game Escape from Duckov. Details about the crossover event are still under wraps, but it’s expected to launch in the near future.

Recently, Battlestate Games and Team Soda, the creators of the funny extraction shooter Escape from Duckov, have been hinting at something new. Now, they’re finally ready to reveal it.

Escape from Duckov is Coming to Tarkov

A recent social media post has confirmed the long-awaited crossover between Escape from Duckov and Escape from Tarkov. While a specific date hasn’t been announced, Battlestate Games has assured fans it’s coming very soon.

Escape from Duckov launched just over a year ago and quickly became a popular, humorous take on the ‘extraction’ game genre. It takes the intense gameplay of games like Escape from Tarkov and puts a funny spin on it, featuring birds – mostly ducks – as the main characters. Players get all the typical gear and tools you’d expect in a hardcore extraction game.

That means customizable weapons, vendors, multiple maps, a hideout to build, and multiple quests.

What began as a playful idea has evolved into a serious possibility: the developers of Escape from Tarkov are considering making Duckov the central figure in their first-ever collaboration with another game.

Although the exact details of the crossover are still a mystery, fans are already sharing their predictions online. Some imagine seeing ducks all over the game’s maps, while others believe the game’s challenging bosses will be transformed into… ducks!

It’s probable that both games will offer quests. Completing these quests will likely unlock special, temporary rewards like achievements, items, and cosmetic items. For example, we might have to search for hidden ducks within Escape from Tarkov and exchange them for valuable prizes.
