As a movie critic, I’ve long admired Evan Peters’ chilling portrayals of villains on American Horror Story. In the spirit of keeping the series fresh and intriguing, let’s hope that he takes on a heroic role in American Horror Story season 13. This change would prevent his presence from feeling repetitive or uninteresting, and it would certainly add a unique twist to the upcoming season.

In his acting career, Peters is most famously recognized for portraying ghost Tate Langdon on Murder House and cult leader Kai Anderson on Apocalypse. His other roles have also included villains such as engineer Jeff Pfister. Interestingly, Rory Monahan from Roanoke might be the closest he has gotten to playing a ‘nice’ person in the Ryan Murphy anthology series, but even this character is self-absorbed and not particularly well-developed compared to Peters’ other characters.
