EWCF Club Partner Program to Award ‘Six-Figure Funding’ to 40 Esports Organisations

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I must say that the expansion and enhancement of the EWCF Club Partner Program for 2025 is nothing short of exhilarating news! With $20 million up for grabs and an increased number of slots available, it’s a golden opportunity for organizations to take their esports endeavors to new heights.

The Esports World Cup Foundation has announced that applications for the EWCF Club Partner Program in 2025 are now available, with significant enhancements made to the program. This year, the program will provide a whopping $20 million in investments to participating organizations. Moreover, the number of partners has been increased from 30 last year to an impressive 40 members this year.

As a gamer, I’m all set for the EWC’s Club Championship! The cream of the crop – the top eight teams – have already secured their invites, but the rest of the 32 spots are still up for grabs and ready to be claimed by those who dare to compete.

Prestigious Program

The EWCF Club Partner Program isn’t available for all organizations. Prospective partners need to fulfill certain requirements such as demonstrating a strong level of audience engagement and creative prowess.

Here’s the spiel from the press release:

The Global EWCF Club Partnership Program 2025 will center on clubs demonstrating exceptional fan interaction and creative prowess worldwide. By joining forces, the EWCF and these clubs will pool resources to narrate the tales of the EWC 2025. Ideal partner clubs should boast a proven history of top-tier competition across various games, along with a robust social media platform capable of captivating and expanding a global audience.

Engaging Clubs participating in the program can tap into the funding by involving their fanbase with their branding as they unfold stories towards the Esports World Cup throughout the entire esports calendar. This way, fans can enjoy following these narratives online, watch tournaments remotely, and even attend live matches during the season.

Each club taking part in the Esports World Cup 2025 will be given a substantial amount of money to aid in growing their organization. If clubs excel within the EWCF Club Partner Program, they may become eligible for extra funding. It’s important to note that being part of this program does not automatically guarantee entry into next year’s Esports World Cup.

According to the application procedure, organizations need to complete and submit their forms by the 10th of January.

In a statement, Faisal bin Homran, the CPO of the EWCF, said:

Through the EWCF Club Partner Program, we’re making great strides towards cultivating a vibrant global esports Club community and opening doors for organizations in rapidly expanding esports regions such as China.

Via this initiative, we help affiliated clubs captivate audiences with intriguing content outside of the matches, featuring players’ unique personas, skills, and backstories, all while bolstering their clubs’ identities as beloved titans in the world of electronic sports entertainment.
