Recent disclosures from the ‘Epstein files’ include a serious accusation: Leslie Benzies, former president of Rockstar North and founder of Build a Rocket Boy, is alleged to have committed sexual assault. The documents also suggest that Sam Houser, Rockstar’s current president, knew about the situation.
Sarah Ransome, a known survivor of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex trafficking crimes, has come forward with disturbing allegations. She claims she was abused by Epstein and Maxwell in 2006. Newly released court documents reveal she also alleges that Leslie Benzie sexually assaulted her while they were in a relationship.
Shocking Revelations at Rockstar North
Recently, the Justice Department released a 62-page document containing information from the files related to Jeffrey Epstein. On page 38, Sarah Ransome, a known victim of Epstein’s abuse, identified Leslie Benzies and Sam Houser as being involved.
Leslie Benzies, who left Rockstar North in 2016 and later founded Build a Rocket Boy, created the game MindsEye, which received very poor reviews. It’s crucial to understand that the mention of Benzies and Houser in the document reflects Ransome’s own views and doesn’t link either of them to Epstein or the crimes he and Maxwell committed.
Ransome’s allegations stated:
Okay, so this is really disturbing to talk about, but Leslie Benzie… it feels like he actually did this thing where he threw money at me and then assaulted me. It’s like, that whole messed up scenario somehow ended up as content in the Grand Theft Auto games, and it’s just… unreal. It’s like the source of that idea has to be him, the guy who helped create the game, right? It’s horrifying to think about, especially knowing how many people saw it as just entertainment. Honestly, it makes me sick to my stomach thinking about how drugs played a part in all of this.
Leslie came to visit me in New York and was aware of my situation. He gave me the money for a plane ticket when I arrived on September 1st, 2006 – you can verify this with his bank statements. Sam Houser, you and I met several times while you were dating Leslie, and now I want to expose what you and the team at Rockstar North are really doing behind closed doors. I’m surprised no one has filed a lawsuit against you yet!
Ransome was compiling a list of potential witnesses who could have backed up her claims against the FBI and the US Government. The list was surprisingly extensive, including prominent figures like Benjamin Netanyahu, Oprah Winfrey, Melinda Gates, Joe Biden, Al Gore, Donald Trump, and numerous others.
Near the bottom of the list of names was a detailed account of the supposed connection between Ransome and Benzies, containing the exact quotes from the document mentioned earlier.
The email, which is included and shown in the document, was written in December 2023. In the beginning, she explained the document’s purpose.

The claims quickly spread across social media, with many gamers voicing their worries. So far, Sam Houser, Leslie Benzies, Build a Rocket Boy, and Rockstar North haven’t responded, but the documents only became public a few hours ago.
This situation could create further problems for Rockstar North, especially considering recent accusations of anti-union practices and excessive work demands.
