In a new installment of the Far Cry series, set after societal collapse, players might find themselves grappling with resource management and constructing complex settlements from scratch, reminiscent of Far Cry Primal’s Wenja village. Although this concept seems quite extreme, it was nonetheless intriguing and deserves further exploration in a fresh iteration.

As a gamer, I wasn’t too fond of the weapon tier system in Far Cry New Dawn. If we were to create a follow-up, it would be beneficial to revamp this system by making it more similar to that seen in Far Cry Primal. This adjustment would cater to a broader range of playstyles while still preserving some essential elements of New Dawn. Additionally, incorporating an updated version of Primal’s Survival Mode could complement this new system effectively, as it aligns with the setting and narrative while enhancing established gameplay formulas. Although there are no official plans for such a project, Far Cry Primal offers numerous aspects that could provide an excellent foundation for a potential New Dawn sequel.
