FaZe Clan’s Karrigan Reveals How Proud He Is of jcobbb

Okay, so FaZe Clan made it into the playoffs at the StarLadder Budapest Major, which is awesome! Only eight teams are left battling it out for that huge $500,000 prize pool. I just watched an interview with Karrigan, their leader, and he was talking about their new rookie, jcobbb. Apparently, this kid is really making a splash here in Budapest, and everyone’s taking notice. It’s cool to see a new player come in and make such an impact!

Jakub “jcobbb” Pietruszewski has faced challenges, but he’s continuing to compete at a major level in Counter-Strike esports.

It Was Hard For jcobbb To ‘Get Into The Groove’, Karrigan Says

Karrigan recently discussed jcobbb’s mindset and role within FaZe Clan in an HLTV interview. He explained how jcobbb has improved throughout the tournament in Budapest.

It seems like jcobbb really struggled with the pressure and the mental side of things. We know how well he performs in practice, but he couldn’t seem to find his rhythm in matches. NEO also made a good point – jcobbb had a particularly difficult start as a pro. He went from playing online in BLAST to performing in front of a live arena crowd without much time to adjust to a studio environment. He’d play well in practice, then have long breaks – like 12 days before a match. Then, when they went to China, they were immediately playing official matches after only 24 hours of travel.

Karrigan mentioned he’s now ‘proud’ of jcobbb, acknowledging that the player has understandably appeared a bit nervous during interviews behind the scenes at the Budapest Major.

The team leader also mentioned that broky is currently performing at his absolute best, making him an ideal teammate during the Hungary competition.

FaZe Clan has a challenging start to the StarLadder Major playoffs, beginning with a match against MOUZ, followed by a game against either FURIA or Natus Vincere.
