February 13 is Going to Be a Big Day for Xbox Game Pass Subscribers

Next Friday, February 13th, is set to be a great day for Xbox Game Pass members. While the service increased its price last year, Microsoft has been working hard to add new games regularly to keep subscribers happy. It’s still unclear if these efforts will be enough to win over everyone, but for now, Game Pass subscribers will definitely enjoy the new additions.

Microsoft is making Xbox Game Pass even more valuable after a recent price increase. They’ve added perks like a Fortnite Crew membership to Game Pass Ultimate, which includes free in-game items and currency. If you already paid for both Fortnite Crew and Game Pass Ultimate separately, you’ll now save money with the combined subscription. For others, Microsoft hopes a strong lineup of new games this month will justify the higher price.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance and High on Life 2 Are Coming to Game Pass on the Same Day

Xbox Game Pass is getting a boost on Friday, February 13th, with both a well-loved classic and a brand new game launching on the service. Subscribers can look forward to playing the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance alongside the highly anticipated sequel, High on Life 2. Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a proven hit that will be a welcome addition, and High on Life 2 promises to be just as fun if it builds on the success of the first game.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance follows Henry of Skalitz as he embarks on a challenging medieval adventure after experiencing a personal tragedy. The game is known for its realistic and demanding RPG mechanics, which might not be for everyone. However, if you’re willing to invest time and get lost in its detailed world, you’ll likely find it captivating. The recently released sequel, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, is even better, but I recommend playing the original first. Luckily, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is available on Game Pass, letting you try it out without purchasing it. It’s accessible to those with Ultimate, Premium, or PC Game Pass subscriptions, while High on Life 2 will be limited to Ultimate and PC tiers.

While Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a solid game, High on Life 2 is the biggest release hitting Xbox Game Pass on February 13th. As a brand new game available immediately with Game Pass, High on Life 2 continues the story of the wildly funny first-person shooter from Squanch Games that came out in 2022. I really enjoyed the original High on Life, and I’m excited for the sequel, which promises even more talking weapons, playful jabs at gaming culture, and bizarre sci-fi action. It’s one of the first major Xbox Game Pass releases of 2026, and it looks like it will be great, as long as it runs smoothly.
