What Is The Sightseeing Log & How To Use It In FF14
In Dawntrail, the Sightseeing Log serves as a collection of stunning locations players should explore. Accessing these spots may pose challenges, such as solving puzzles or riddles, but the rewards are worth the effort. To unlock the Sightseeing Log, players must first locate Elsebee Ironheart in Tulliyollal. Upon completing this task, they will gain access to the initial 28 entries. Subsequently, players need to meet with Elsebee again in Solution Nine to unlock the final 17 entries. However, it’s essential for players to ensure their combat class reaches level 90 or above before attempting any Sightseeing Log entries.
As I roam around in this captivating game, whenever I come across the announcement “A new scenic view unfolds before you!” in my chat window, it signifies that I’ve stumbled upon a Sightseeing location. To savor the moment and perform the corresponding emote, all I need to do is type “/emote lookout” into the chat. However, if I wander too far from the spot, a warning message will pop up in my chat, reminding me “You’ve strayed too far from the vista.”
