Crystals can be obtained from the Deep Earth area (Levels 41-59) within the Mines, while Obsidian and Gold ores for Gold Ingots are mined from the Lava Cave region (Levels 61-79). Alternatively, you could buy Gold ores from the Blacksmith in town, but they can be quite costly. It’s usually more economical to mine them yourself.

Instead, there’s an even more efficient approach to reduce the time spent on these materials. To optimize your process, make sure the Stone Refinery is fixed and operational near the Mine entrance (as shown earlier). This way, you can utilize it to produce Obsidian and Crystals from common Stone. This shortcut will prove very useful, particularly if you’ve amassed a significant amount of Stone while mining in the Mines.
