How to Unlock Dating in Fields of Mistria
In the latest update, version 0.14.0, of the game ‘Fields of Mistria’, a fresh dating mechanism has been introduced within the romance aspect. Unlocking this feature is surprisingly simple.
To establish a relationship with one of Mistria’s single characters, you should engage in frequent conversations with the person you’re interested in. Additionally, presenting them with gifts that cater to their personal preferences can help strengthen this bond.
Perform this task daily for better results, as frequent actions boost their affection level. Keep tabs on your relationship development with any bachelor or bachelorette by checking the heart icon in your journal. Earning two hearts with a character triggers a “Heart Event,” a unique mission designed to deepen your connection with that character even more.
When you accumulate 8 Hearts with your preferred character, you’ll find an opportunity to embark on a romantic journey with them during their Heart Quest by choosing a distinct dialogue option. The dialogue choice you should select will be highlighted in red and have a Heart symbol next to it. Upon completing the Heart Event, return home, rest, and then advance to the next day. An unexpected guest will subsequently pay you a visit at your doorstep.
In the town of Mistria, its popular socialite, Elsie, will extend her warm congratulations on the commencement of your romantic journey with your selected character, acknowledging that you two have embarked upon a dating relationship. As a gamer, I always need to keep in mind that my romantic character is only available for dates during the weekend – specifically, Saturdays and Sundays. It’s essential to reserve at least one of these days every week for a romantic rendezvous. Here’s an interesting twist: even if I’m juggling more than one love interest, I can only go on one date per week with each person. So, I could take one character out on Saturday and another on Sunday, but that’s the limit. It’s a tough life, isn’t it? Balancing my gaming schedule and love life!
As a date enthusiast in Mistria, I’m always on the lookout for unique and romantic experiences to share with my special someone. To create these magical moments, I need to discover Inspiring Date Items scattered around town. These items will open up various Date Scenarios, from a tranquil picnic in the park to an enchanting dinner at the Inn. After obtaining a “Date Inspiration Item” in your collection, utilize it to open up a fresh type of dating opportunity. On days that fall on Saturday or Sunday, you will notice a “Date Available” notification appearing at the base of the screen displaying the transition from one day to another, accompanied by the symbol of the partner who is ready for a date.
Instead, how about this: Head over to meet your significant other, when you encounter them choose ‘Propose a Date’. A window showing the available options will appear, allowing you to select an outing from those you’ve earned. Make your decision, and they’ll likely be thrilled with your choice.
During the game, a special moment with your date will be depicted in a scene, and at the conclusion, you’ll get a keepsake known as a ‘Date Picture’ together with an additional random prize (like food items). You can display these Date Pictures in your virtual home to remember the event fondly. If your date happens early in the day, you’ll still have plenty of time left for other activities if you choose so.
Be sure to search for additional Date Inspiration Items and utilize any repetitive ones you acquire since they can’t be resold. The Bathhouse Date item offered by Wheedle is worth 100,000g, so it’s important to save up for that specific one.
