During the first year of Spring, you’ve probably run past the mill several times without realizing it. To get right to it, you can find the mill located next to the town request board in Fields of Mistria, towards the middle of the Mistria map, as pictured above. However, you won’t be able to enter the mill or do anything to help repair it until you’ve completed some earlier story quests, including repairing the town bridge and unlocking the mines in Fields of Mistria.
You’ll need to hold off until Adeline extends an invitation to you via a letter, which initiates the “The Mill Restoration Project” mission for you. This usually takes place near the end of Spring during your first year of gameplay, approximately on the 24th day. Once you meet with Adeline in her office, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get down to business.
