Final Fantasy 14 Players Should Mark Halloween on Their Calendars

On Halloween, the developers of Final Fantasy 14 will be hosting a live stream called Letter From The Producer, episode 89. They’ll be discussing Patch 7.4, including the next part of the main story, the final section of the Arcadion raid, and several improvements to the game.

The next Final Fantasy 14 Live Letter will be held during the game’s All Saints’ Wake event, a Halloween-themed celebration currently running until November 4th. Players level 15 and up can participate in two new quests that begin in Gridania. This year’s rewards include the Ambulario mount and a special poster. If you missed All Saints’ Wake in previous years, you can purchase older rewards from the Final Fantasy 14 Online Store during the event.

Final Fantasy 14 To Host Halloween Live Letter for Patch 7.4

As part of the Halloween celebrations, *Final Fantasy 14* will be sharing news about what’s coming next in the game. Producer and director Naoki Yoshida will host a live broadcast, Letter From The Producer LIVE Part 89, on Friday, October 31st at 7:00 AM Eastern time. During the broadcast, Yoshida will detail the upcoming 7.4 update, likely revealing its name and when it will be released. Patch 7.4 will conclude the Arcadion raid series from the *Dawntrail* expansion, though it’s currently unknown whether the Normal and Savage versions of the final raid tier will launch on the same date. The update will also include new main story quests that will set the stage for the game’s next big expansion.

Based on the usual schedule for announcements, the next major update to *Final Fantasy 14*, Patch 7.4, is likely to release sometime between mid-December and early January. The announcement will likely cover the new story content and raid, as well as other features like a helpful Strategy Board and improvements to player housing.
