A second LEGO Happy Plant set is coming, according to a recently leaked promotional image. This new set, part of the Botanical Collection, confirms rumors that LEGO is planning a follow-up to its popular 2025 plant set in 2026.
For the past five years, the LEGO Botanical Collection has primarily created building sets designed for adults to display in their homes. However, LEGO recently released 10349 Happy Plants in June 2025 – a more playful set geared towards children, featuring two fun houseplants in colorful pots. Now, there’s talk that LEGO is planning a follow-up to this popular kit for release in 2026.

A promotional image of the new LEGO Happy Plants set has surfaced online, giving us a sneak peek before its official announcement. The image shows two new plant designs alongside the existing 2025 Happy Plants. One features a green pot with a plant that has a base of green, rosette-shaped leaves and a single tall stem topped with a small bunch of orange and yellow flowers. The other has a pink pot and features low-growing foliage with red flowers. Like the original set, these new pots also have simple, smiling faces on them. Sources suggest the set, called 11506 Happy Plants 2, is expected to be released in spring 2026.

The newly revealed designs look different from the 2025 Happy Plants set, but still share a similar style. The green plant seems to be based on Haworthia, a type of succulent from southern Africa, and its leaves are also reminiscent of Gasteria or Aloe plants. The red plant might be inspired by Kalanchoe blossfeldiana, a popular gift plant, or possibly smaller Begonia or Sedum plants. LEGO designers likely drew inspiration from these various species.
There’s talk that the LEGO Happy Plants 2 set might be released in May. If that’s true, LEGO will probably announce it by April. Along with Happy Plants 2, we might also see a few other new LEGO Botanical Collection sets revealed, including a forest mushroom model (set 11505), and flower sets featuring water lilies (11511) and cosmos (11514).

LEGO has introduced eight new sets as part of its Botanical Collection in early 2026. The first four – the Tulip Bouquet (11501), Peace Lily (11504), Daisies (11508), and Flowering Cactus (11509) – launched on January 1st. The Flower Wall (11503) and Spring Wreath (40957) became available a month later, and the Magnolia Branches (11510) and Sunflowers Bouquet (11502) will be released on March 1st.
