Flickering Threat Quest Guide in Arc Raiders

In Arc Raiders, players can complete many quests as they explore maps and collect items. These quests are given by different Vendors and become available as you progress through the game. Some quests, like Flickering Threat, can be quite challenging.

This quest, obtained from Celeste, sends you to the Dam Battlegrounds to step in for an engineer and make some repairs. The guide below provides all the information you’ll need to complete this quest in Arc Raiders.

Once you get the quest from Celeste, head to the Power Generation Complex in Dam Battlegrounds. Before you go, be sure to have four Wires in your inventory – you’ll need them for the next part of the quest. If you don’t have any, don’t worry! You can find them by searching the cars scattered around the map.

Alternatively, if you find Power Cables, you can also salvage them for some Wires.

Head north to the Power Generation Complex and find the Generator Hall. Take the blue staircase all the way down and through the door. Once you’re inside, you’ll have completed your first goal and can proceed from the right side of the generator.

When you see a fan and an opening nearby, check the broken generator. You should be able to fix it with the wires you’ve collected. If you’re still short on wires, look around for other spots where you can find more.

Once you’re finished with that, head to the exit on the southeast side and go upstairs to open the door in front of you. Go through the door on the left to find the Ventilation Shaft. In the corner, you’ll find a power switch – flip it to start the generator and finish your quest.

With the quest completed, you can now turn it in and acquire the following rewards:

  • Helmet (Radio Renegade Variant)
  • Medium Gun Parts x5
  • Advanced Mechanical Components x3
