Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 4 Week 2 Quests Guide

Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 4 Week 2 Quests Guide

As a seasoned Fortnite player with over 500 victories under my belt, I can confidently say that Chapter 5 Season 4’s Week 2 Quests are a walk in the park for me. I’ve been through thick and thin with this game, from the early days of Battle Royale to the introduction of the battle pass, and I’ve seen it all.

In the third week of Fortnite’s Chapter 5, Season 4, players are concerned about finishing all battle pass rewards before the season concludes. One effective method to earn XP and progress through tiers in the battle pass is by accomplishing weekly quests, as completing a collection of them can grant a substantial amount of XP. Here’s a guide on how to complete Fortnite’s Week 2 Quests during Chapter 5 Season 4.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 Week 2 Quests

Each week, the game unveils fresh quests on Tuesdays, offering 20,000 XP to participants. Here’s a rundown of Fortnite’s quests for Week 2 in the Absolute Doom season:

  • Eliminate opponents with the Striker AR (3)
  • Sprint distance after taking damage (100)
  • Use a Mod Bench in different matches (2)
  • Damage opponents within 5 seconds of receiving damage (150)
  • Hire Characters or recruit defeated Henchmen (5)

How to complete Fortnite Week 2 Quests?

Eliminate opponents with the Striker AR.

As a thrilled Fortnite enthusiast, I’m excited to share that the first Week 2 Quest can be breezed through! Simply touch down at one of the freshly added Points of Interest and seek out the Striker AR. If you prefer a challenge, engage Emma Frost at The Raft and vanquish them to lay your hands on the mythic Striker AR instead. Once obtained, use this powerful weapon to knock off 3 NPCs or opponents, and voila! The quest is complete!

Sprint distance after taking damage

In simple terms, for the Fortnite Week 2 mission, engage in a skirmish with one of the non-player characters (NPCs), allow them to fire at you once, and then swiftly flee as if your life depends on it! Continue to escape until you get a ‘Quest Completed’ notification. To finish this quest, you need to run for approximately 100 meters.

Use a Mod Bench in different matches

In this Fortnite Week 2 mission, the difficulty doesn’t stem from its complexity but rather from its specific requirements. The problem lies in the scarcity of the mod bench, which can only be found in confined locations like vaults and the floating island. These zones are not accessible at the start of the game, but instead become available mid-match, making it tough for some players to last that long. To complete the quest, you need to add one or more attachments to any weapon over two separate games after gaining access to the mod bench.

Damage opponents within 5 seconds of receiving damage

The upcoming task presents another tough fight that can be resolved by dealing harm to NPCs, just like in all previous quests. You’ll find one of these characters, allow them to attack you initially, and swiftly respond with a shotgun blast. This should take no more than a couple attempts to finish the mission. If you’re feeling adventurous, consider taking on another player for this challenge. To meet this challenge, inflict 150 points of damage within the first five seconds after sustaining damage yourself.

Hire Characters or recruit defeated Henchmen

In the latest Fortnite Week 2 mission, players are tasked with delegating tasks to other characters and minions instead of doing the dirty work themselves. These characters can be found scattered across the map and hired using gold bars. However, before a Henchman can be employed, they must first be defeated, after which you can interact with them while they’re down to recruit them. To complete this mission, players need to hire or recruit a total of 5 Henchmen.
