As a long-time Fortnite enthusiast with countless hours spent battling it out on the virtual battlefield, I must say that Chapter 6 Season 1: Hunters is shaping up to be an exhilarating journey! The fusion of Japanese culture and demon hunting themes has me intrigued. The introduction of new locations like Warrior’s Watch and Seaport City promises a fresh, immersive experience.

As an ardent Fortnite enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just learned about the commencement of Chapter 6! Epic Games has unveiled this exciting new chapter, kicking off with Season 1: Hunters, which seems to draw inspiration from the rich tapestry of Japanese culture, entertainment, and surroundings. Can’t wait to explore what this update brings!

In the first season of Chapter 6, titled “GHOST HUNTERS (Demon Hunters)”, Epic Games reveals that in this season, demons are causing destruction with their masks of chaotic power in the darkest regions of the island. To restore Shrines, you’ll need to employ Sprites, explore the land using the Void Burn Vehicle and updated movement options, eliminate demons as a ronin (lone samurai), or, as an additional mid-season unlock, Godzilla from Legendary’s Monsterverse, through the new Battle Pass, among other things.


 

Epic has also announced that the Crew subscription is changing, as follows:

From December 1st onwards, the Fortnite Crew subscription will offer both the Music Pass and LEGO Pass at no extra charge! As a Fortnite Crew member, you’ll be able to collect premium perks from all passes within Fortnite starting from December 1st. By playing any mode, you’ll advance all of them concurrently, resulting in a massive haul of rewards as your XP grows.

Whenever fresh passes become available in Fortnite, they’ll automatically get added to your Fortnite Crew membership too, including the new Fortnite Original Pass! Further information about the Fortnite OG: Chapter 1 – Season 1 will be unveiled prior to its release on December 6.

Here’s the key features of the new chapter:

  • Where Ancient Meets Modern: Vanquish lesser demons at Warrior’s Watch; train for combat duty at Flooded Frogs; visit the dense commercial district of Seaport City; and explore the cliffside getaway of Canyon Crossing. Also, revitalize forgotten Shrines across the island with Sprites to gain unique effects!
  • Move in Style: Leave enemies in the dust with the new Rogue Bike and Void Burn Vehicle, and try out new movement features – Ledge Jump, Roll Landing, Wall Kick, and Scramble – in Battle Royale, Reload, Fortnite OG, and Creator-made Islands! This Season also introduces Simple Edit, which allows for editing builds with a single button press.
  • The 鬼 HUNTERS Battle Pass: Unlock rewards in Fortnite by earning XP across the ecosystem! Purchasing the Battle Pass auto-unlocks Nyanja (ニャンジャ), with progression unlocking Disney’s Hero Baymax and more. Later in the Season, become a true Titan and unlock the Godzilla Evolved Outfit! The 鬼 HUNTERS Battle Pass will be available to progress in until February 21 at 2 AM ET.
