Claiming Deluxe Edition Content of Frostpunk 2
While downloading “Frostpunk 2”, make sure to choose the “Digital Artbook” and “Warm Flesh Novella” from the DLC (Downloadable Content) section. To get these extras, locate the game folder on your system, where you’ll find both the Digital Artbook and the novella.
To listen to the soundtrack, you’ll first have to download it through Steam. Look for “Frostpunk 2” in your Steam Library, then download its accompanying soundtrack. After the download is complete, navigate to the specified folder and immerse yourself in the fantastic music created by Piotr Musiał. The entire collection of 22 tracks comes in MP3, WAV, and FLAC formats for your convenience.
To use the Captain’s Hall item in-game, first ensure it’s selected when downloading the DLC. Next, navigate to the settings menu and open the General Tab. You’ll find an option to switch your Council Appearance from Default to Deluxe Edition at the bottom. Don’t forget to click on ‘Accept’ button located at the lower right corner.
This will give your in-game council a new look. Keep in mind that this setting can only be changed from the Main Menu — it cannot be adjusted mid-game.
Currently, within the game, you can only access the Deluxe Edition content at the Captain’s Hall. The three DLCs are set to be launched at a later date as previously stated.
