A key initial move for establishing a Research Institute is to develop or grow an Existing Residential Area. In this game, players can put up Buildings in most Districts as soon as they’ve been constructed. However, it’s different with the Residential District. Luckily, extending a Residential District is quite straightforward, and here are the simple steps that enthusiasts should follow:

  1. Click on a Housing District to make its information pane appear.
  2. Click on the arrows icon at the bottom of the information pane.
  3. Click on three tiles that are adjacent to the Housing District. Players may need to Frostbreak around their Housing District if three tiles are not available.
  4. Click on the checkmark that appears.

It costs 50
