As a diehard Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 fan with over a decade of gaming under my belt, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming Season 1! The new maps being introduced are nothing short of a masterpiece, each one offering a unique and immersive experience that will surely keep me glued to my screen.
The debut of Season 1 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set for November 14, and it’s bringing a host of exciting additions for players! Expect everything from fresh weapons to innovative game modes, along with various other content updates. One aspect that has piqued the interest of many fans since its teaser is the introduction of new multiplayer maps for Black Ops 6.
In its comprehensive blog post about Season 1, Activision has revealed all the specifics regarding the fresh maps set to grace the game. To sum it up, we’ll have a total of four brand new maps, a remastered one, and another unique version being introduced during Black Ops Cold War’s first season.

Four freshly introduced maps are named Hideout, Heirloom, Extraction, Racket. The beloved map, Hacienda, is making its comeback from Black Ops 4, and Nuketown receives a festive twist for the Holiday season. Three of these maps will be accessible at launch, while the remaining three will be introduced mid-season.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 1 Maps
Hideout (Launch) – 6v6, Medium-sized
Hone your fighting abilities on this medium-sized multiplayer map. It boasts a comprehensive training facility complete with target ranges, an obstacle course, a realistic simulation of a vault and control room, all designed to assist in strategizing for the upcoming operation against the Luttazzi crime family.
Inside the fortress and its plans, you’ll find intricate, multi-tiered battles taking place indoors. Meanwhile, the weaponry storage and open bus provide excellent spots for setting traps and launching surprise attacks on approaching foes.
Heirloom (Launch) – 2v2, 6v6, Medium-sized
Infiltrate a private viewing of Luttazzi family art, serving as a distraction for another covert team while they carry out their primary mission. Move through and around a colossal sculpture in the main gallery, or venture into the lobby or a secondary exhibit for a more intense confrontation.
Extraction (Launch) – 6v6, Medium-sized
Chaos erupted following an unexpected ambush by the Crimson One, resulting in a failed assault against the Luttazzis. The wreckage of a crashed helicopter and the lifeless body of its pilot point to an attack on the usually tranquil Avalon Heliport, a popular tourist spot known for offering panoramic views of Avalon’s stunning scenery from above.
Racket (Mid-Season) – 2v2, 6v6, Small-sized
It’s time to expose the core of the Luttazzi money laundering scheme, striking them at their most vulnerable point. Force entry into this concealed bank vault, a trail of shattered tiles leading to where the bulldozer was positioned before the vault filled with gold bars. Damaged artwork and the vandalized Luttazzi family crest suggest not just greed but malicious intentions.
Hacienda (Mid-Season) – 6v6, Medium-sized
Originally featured in Black Ops 4, the legendary multiplayer map resurfaces, transporting players once more to the notorious vineyard mansion. Engage in combat across the spacious, two-story manor overlooking a beautifully maintained courtyard. Traverse through the grand entrance hall with its impressive lion statue, then proceed to the showroom garage or venture out into the garden to continue the fight in the open air. At the opposite end of the estate, appreciate the unique aquarium above the safe as you plan your next strategic move.
Nuketown Holiday (Mid-Season) – 6v6, Small-sized
