Fullmetal Alchemist Creator’s New Anime Gives Fans A New Look

For many years, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood was the highest-rated anime on MyAnimeList. It stayed at number one for a long time until recently being surpassed by Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End. Although some fans were surprised, there’s a possibility that another anime from the same creator could climb to the top spot in the future.

Daemons Of The Shadow Realm Releases New Trailer

On February 2nd, 2026, the official social media for the anime series Daemons of the Shadow Realm released a new trailer and a first-look visual. The trailer gives fans a preview of the story and highlights the high-quality animation. The anime is being produced by Bones Films, which is part of Studio Bones.

The studio behind popular shows like My Hero Academia, My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, and Marriagetoxin is adding another exciting project to its lineup: Daemons of the Shadow Realm. All their productions are known for their high quality and visual appeal.

Vaundy performs the opening theme song, ‘Tobu Toki,’ for the anime, while yama sings the ending theme, ‘Tobo yo.’ The number of episodes hasn’t been announced yet, but we expect to find out in the next few months.

Daemons Of The Shadow Realm Has A Lot Of Potential

As we mentioned before, Daemons of the Shadow Realm is inspired by the manga created by Hiromu Arakawa, who also wrote Fullmetal Alchemist. Because of this, it’s no surprise there’s been a lot of excitement from anime fans.

Hiromu Arakawa’s Fullmetal Alchemist is a truly exceptional manga, considered among the best alongside series like One Piece and Berserk. If Daemons of the Shadow Realm is even remotely as good, fans are in for something special.
