Fungi-ble Goods Mission Guide for Pokemon Legends Z-A

As a huge fan, I was so excited to start the ‘Fungi-ble Goods’ side mission in the new Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC! You can unlock it once you get to the second part of the Hyperspace Lumiose survey quest – it’s a fun little addition to the game!

To begin this side quest, talk to the Pokémon Center nurse, Bene, in the Jaune Sector (close to Cafe Kizuna). She needs your help finding a Mushroom Pokémon to attract customers to the shop and boost sales.

This guide will tell you how to find and evolve Foongus in Pokemon Legends Z-A, and what you’ll get for finishing Side Mission 137.

Where to Find Foongus in Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC

There’s a Foongus Among Us

I was so excited when I finally found a Foongus! I spotted it in one of the big two-star Hyperspace Wild Zones in Lumiouse City. If you’re not familiar with what a Foongus looks like, I’ve included some pictures above so you know what to look for!

Hyperspace Wild Zones have randomly appearing Pokémon. If you check all the zones on the map and don’t find Foongus, you can sit on a bench to change the time of day, which will refresh the Pokémon that appear. While Foongus are most common in certain zones, they might also appear in one- or three-star zones, though this isn’t guaranteed.

When you locate a Hyperspace Wild Zone with Foongus, choose a Donut with a long survey time to avoid spending too much time searching. We found a group of them on a rooftop, but they might also appear in other places in your game.

What’s the Reward for Completing Side Mission 137 (Fungi-ble Goods) in Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC?

In Pokemon Legends Z-A, the nurse will reward you with these items if you give her a Foongus.

  • 2000 Poke Dollars
  • 30 Poke Balls
  • 30 Great Balls
  • 30 Ultra Balls

How to Evolve Foongus into Amoonguss in Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC

In Pokemon Legends Z-A, Foongus evolves into Amoonguss when it reaches level 39. Unlike some games, Pokemon don’t evolve on their own here. You’ll need to have Foongus in your active party and manually trigger the evolution through its profile.
