As a long-time CS2 fan and someone who has followed the careers of these prodigious players, I must say that this news about G2 Esports retaining m0NESY is nothing short of exhilarating! The prospect of seeing him continue his exceptional play under the G2 banner, with the potential for Mario “malbsMd” Samayoa to step into a larger role, has me on the edge of my seat.

It’s expected that G2 Esports will retain star CS:GO player Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, known for his exceptional AWP skills, during the upcoming roster changes. Since Team Falcons has already secured Nikola “NiKo” Kovač to join them in 2025, they will need to seek other talented players instead.

At the beginning of 2025, these unconfirmed changes are expected to cause a significant transformation within the CS2 sphere.
