As a die-hard Gears of War fan with years of experience under my belt, I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and intrigue when it comes to the latest addition to the franchise: Gears of War: E-Day. Fast forward a month later and lo and behold, a job posting has surfaced that seems to suggest the possibility of a release on Sony’s platform. Exciting times for us PlayStation fans!

In this role, you will contribute significantly to creating the game’s multiplayer and online functionalities. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects such as setting up in-game economies and commerce systems, managing sessions, tracking player statistics, facilitating user-generated content, and implementing matchmaking features.
To be considered a strong candidate for the position, the job advertisement specifies that you have previous experience using digital platforms like Xbox Live, Steam, and the PlayStation Network (PSN) in your background.
Having worked with PSN before isn’t automatically proof that a PlayStation release of the game is imminent. However, its inclusion in the mention is intriguing since we already know the game will be available on Xbox and Steam. Thus, observing it on the list seems reasonable.
