This article contains spoilers for the Jujutsu Kaisen series and the Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo manga.
Jujutsu Kaisen is a hugely popular action series, and it’s particularly famous for its amazing fight scenes. The series has quickly become known for delivering some of the best battles in the shonen genre, and the new sequel, Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, is continuing that trend. Even the smaller fights we’ve seen so far in the latest chapters show just how much potential this new installment has.
It’s still early days for Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, but the initial signs are very promising, suggesting Gege Akutami is building towards something even greater. Recently, Akutami has established a major conflict in Modulo: a rematch between Yuji Itadori and the iconic villain, Mahito. Their first fight during the Shibuya arc in the original series was incredibly intense and emotionally impactful, and it looks like they’re both returning in Modulo, now even more powerful.
Mahito vs Yuji Might Be An Upcoming Rematch
- Tsurugi Sees Mahito in His Dream
- Mahito Is Looking For Yuji
Jujutsu Kaisen is known for its exciting fights, and the battle between Mahito and Yuji is easily one of the most memorable. These two characters have a significant history within the series and have fought each other several times. Their initial confrontation occurred in the first season after Mahito killed Junpei, but it wouldn’t be their only encounter.
The most important conflict happened during the Shibuya Incident. After Nobara and Nanami were defeated, a massive fight began between Yuji Itadori and Mahito, and the author, Gege, really delivered an amazing battle. Yuji didn’t win alone; Todo helped him, and together they were victorious. However, they didn’t actually kill Mahito – he was absorbed by Kenjaku and everyone believed he was dead after that.
It’s been over 68 years, but it looks like Mahito could be coming back. Tsurugi actually saw him in a dream – it seemed like Mahito was stuck somewhere between life and death, waiting for Yuji. I have a feeling Mahito will play a big role somehow, maybe in a fight in limbo or through the process of reincarnation. He’s specifically looking for Yuji Itadori, the one who beat him before, so a rematch definitely seems inevitable.
I’ve been following the story, and it’s now confirmed: Yuji Itadori is still alive! Not only that, but he’s set to return in JJK Modulo. Everyone’s anticipating the moment Mahito and Yuji finally clash again, and it sounds like this time, it’ll be a direct, one-on-one fight between the two of them. Fans are incredibly excited to see how this rematch plays out.
When Will Yuji and Mahito Return to Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo?
- Nobody Knows, But It Could Be Soon
- Yuji and Mahito Will Be Stronger Than Ever
Fans are eager to see Yuji and Mahito face off again in the upcoming chapters of the story, especially with hints that both characters might return. While only the author, Gege, knows for sure when that confrontation will occur, it seems like it could happen relatively soon.
I’m so excited about the potential for the next generation in Jujutsu Kaisen! They really need someone experienced to guide them, and honestly, I think Yuji is the perfect person for the job. It’s wild to think about, but considering he’s not a regular human, even though he’d be over 80 years old, he could still be at the height of his powers! And I’m predicting big power-ups for both him and Mahito when they come back – it’s going to be amazing!
