In Arc Raiders, many items are valuable for upgrading your gear or completing projects. With the new Headwinds update, players specifically need to find Geiger Counters to finish the fifth stage of the Trophy Display project. This guide will show you the best places in Arc Raiders to find them.

How to Get Geiger Counters in Arc Raiders

Geiger Counters were added to the game with the Stella Montis update. You can break them down for 3 Batteries and 1 Exodus Module. Players can sell each Geiger Counter for 3,500 coins, and you can carry up to three in one stack. These items are found in Exodus locations, making Stella Montis the best place to search for them.

If you’re starting a match and only plan to use Geiger counters, you don’t need to bring any other items. While it’s a little risky, this leaves you with an extra safe slot, something the default loadout doesn’t provide.

Your primary goal at the start of a match is to quickly check if you’ve spawned close to the Assembly or Assembly Workshop. If you haven’t, you can surrender without penalty and return to Esperanza.

After you spawn near the Assembly Workshop, immediately search all the tool chests in the area—look for the yellow and white ones. They’re the most likely to contain Geiger counters and other purple items. You’ll find several on the ground floor, and then you can climb the stairs by the hatch to find even more in the room at the top.

Once you’ve gathered enough supplies, put the Geiger counters away and head to the nearest extraction point, letting other raiders know you don’t have any weapons.
