The popular game, Pokemon GO, has revealed that the colossal forms of Entei, Raikou, and Suicune will soon be appearing in-game during the forthcoming Might and Mastery season. Furthermore, it is anticipated that more Dynamax Pokemon, including the Legendary Hoenn dogs, will make their debut in Pokemon GO‘s upcoming season.
As the Might and Mastery season for Pokemon GO draws near, developer Niantic has given players a sneak peek at what’s to come in the upcoming months. In early February, the game unveiled that the season’s first Community Day would center around Fuecoco, and even disclosed dates for the ensuing four Community Days. The most recent Might and Mastery trailer hinted at additional Mega Evolutions and Dynamax Pokemon being introduced to Pokemon GO. Now, Niantic has officially announced an exciting lineup of Dynamax debuts set to begin in March.
In a tweet from the developers, it’s been announced that Dynamax Entei, Dynamax Suicune, and Dynamax Raiko are set to appear in Max Battles during the Might and Mastery season. Specifically, there will be a Dynamax Raikou Max Battle Weekend event on March 15th. The other two legendary dogs, Entei and Suicune, are expected to make their debut at a later time. This is the second group of Dynamax Legendary creatures introduced in the game since the Kanto bird trio, hinting that more Legendaries in Pokemon GO may eventually participate in Max Battles.

In addition to confirming special research for Dynamax Kubfu encounters and its evolutions within Pokemon GO, developers have also revealed an upcoming Gigantamax Machamp, although a release date has yet to be announced. Further Gigantamax Battles are on the horizon, so keep an eye out for further updates. However, players of Pokemon GO have voiced concerns about Legendary Max Battles in the past due to perceived raid imbalances. It remains to be seen if Niantic will address these issues prior to the debut of Dynamax Legendary dogs.
