Ghost of Yotei Releases Patch Notes for Update 1.10

Sucker Punch, the developer of Ghost of Tsushima, has released a new update to fix remaining issues and improve the game. Since launching on October 2nd, Ghost of Tsushima has received several smaller updates and quick fixes to address problems players have been experiencing.

It might seem unusual to see so many updates and fixes already, especially since *Ghost of Yotei* has been a huge hit with both critics and players. The game even surpassed $2 million in sales within just three days of its release on PlayStation 5! While Sucker Punch could easily be enjoying this success, they’re continuing to work hard to make the game even better for everyone.

This new update arrives just a week after the *Ghost of Yotei* release and keeps up the focus on fixing uncommon but annoying problems players have reported. The update resolves several potential causes of crashes and addresses a large number of bugs found in various missions. These fixes cover everything from game-stopping issues to smaller things like characters getting stuck or a problem that prevented some players who purchased the Digital Deluxe edition from receiving their Black Ghost mask.

An update to the mission ‘The Kitsune’s Fate’ in *Ghost of Yotei* has been released. This fixes a bug that could freeze the game, and also replaces a temporary, unfinished asset that players might have encountered along the way.

These updates are just the beginning of Sucker Punch’s plans for the game. While they haven’t announced any big story expansions yet, the studio has hinted at the return of the popular Legends multiplayer mode for *Ghost of Yotei*. It will be released as a free update in 2026, bringing back cooperative gameplay with 2 story missions and 4 survival missions. Players will be able to choose from 4 different character classes and battle larger, demonic versions of the Yotei Six.
