Gilberta Team Comp In Arknights Endfield

Gilberta is a well-rounded support character in Arknights: Endfield, making her relatively easy to fit into most teams. However, certain team compositions work particularly well with her abilities. Knowing the best teams for Gilberta can help you maximize her potential in Arknights: Endfield.

Gilberta Best Teams In Arknights Endfield

Gilberta is a valuable addition to many damage-dealing teams in Endfield, working well with units like Laevatain and Yvonne. Unlike traditional support characters, she doesn’t replace them. Instead, she enhances the team’s capabilities by consistently controlling enemies and building up Nature Infliction. Here are some of the most effective team compositions featuring Gilberta in Endfield:

  • Gilberta Heat Team: Gilberta + Laevatain + Akekuri + Antal
  • Gilberta Cryo Team: Gilberta + Yvonne + Xaihi + Last Rite

Gilberta + Laevatain + Akekuri + Antal

If you already have a team built around Ardelia in Arknights: Endfield, you can swap her out for Gilberta. While the team won’t be quite as strong overall – Ardelia is a top-tier support character – Gilberta really shines in situations where you need to control large groups of enemies. Her abilities consistently apply multiple area-of-effect crowd control effects, making her a great choice for those scenarios.

Gilberta’s attacks apply a ‘Nature Infliction’ to enemies. Then, Akekuri can add ‘Heat Infliction’ to the same area, causing a powerful ‘Combustion’ reaction on all affected enemies. This reaction also activates the special combo skills of both Gilberta and Laevatain. Gilberta’s skill will re-control and lift enemies, while Laevatain will deal a large amount of damage to them.

Battle Skill Priority

This team relies heavily on Battle Skills because each character has one that complements the others. Since Antal’s Focus debuff lasts a full minute, you don’t need to use his skills as often. This frees up Gilberta and Akekuri to consistently gather enemies and build up stacks of Nature and Heat throughout the fight.

Gilberta
  • Cast it at the start of each rotation.
Laevatain
  • Cast it when you have four stacks of Melting Flame.
Akekuri
  • Cast it right after Gilberta casts hers.
Antal
  • Cast it every two to three rotations.

Gilberta + Yvonne + Xaihi + Last Rite

Yvonne’s teams are complex because she aims to maximize both Cryo Infliction and the Solidification reaction, which freezes enemies. Fortunately, Yvonne can trigger Solidification herself using her Battle Skill, which also consumes all her Cryo Infliction stacks. Pairing her with Gilberta adds powerful area-of-effect crowd control and allows the team to consistently apply Nature Infliction to enemies. Importantly, Yvonne can still use these Nature Infliction stacks to activate her Battle Skill’s special effect.

This team has a lot of synergy. Last Rite’s ability to inflict Cryo damage in a wide area pairs well with Gilberta’s Skill, creating a large zone of frozen enemies through the Solidification reaction. This then activates both Gilberta and Yvonne’s special attacks – Gilberta lifts enemies, causing them to shatter, and Yvonne quickly refreezes them, ensuring they remain frozen.
