Goat Simulator 3 Gets ESRB Rating For Nintendo Switch

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement at the prospect of Goat Simulator 3 coming to the Nintendo Switch! The T-rated crude humor, language, and violence are just the kind of nonsensical fun that I crave. With the ESRB rating now confirmed, it seems like an official release date announcement can’t be too far off.

According to its official page on the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) site, Coffee Stain North’s Goat Simulator 3 has recently received a new rating for play on the Nintendo Switch console. Not surprisingly, this game was given a T rating due to its use of mature humor, language, and depictions of violence.

The rating confirms recent rumors about a Nintendo Switch version. A listing on Amazon Japan surfaced online for the new Switch version not long ago, though the site promptly took that page down.

Prior to Amazon Japan taking down the listing, enthusiasts spotted a possible launch date of November 7, 2024. Yet, neither the developer, Coffee Stain North, nor Nintendo has officially announced a definite release date.

Goat Simulator 3 Gets ESRB Rating For Nintendo Switch

As a devoted gamer, I’m excitedly anticipating that an official Nintendo Switch release date for the game might be just around the corner, given that Goat Simulator 3 has been rated by the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board).

Just last week, I got my hands on the latest expansion for Goat Simulator 3 – dubbed the “Multiverse of Nonsense” DLC – released by Coffee Stain North on June 19, 2024. This content drop has been met with nothing but positivity on Steam! With 8 new goats to play as, a fresh map to explore, over 100 new gears to collect, and more fun-filled chaos than ever before, I can’t wait to see what the developers cook up next. It’s goat-tastic!

By April 2024, Embracer Group unveiled their intention to divide into three separate entities. One of these businesses, named Coffee Stain & Friends, will specialize in developing both Premium and Free-to-Play video games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

Launched in 2022, Goat Simulator 3 can be played right now across multiple platforms: mobile devices, personal computers, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
