Goddess of Victory: Nikke announces crossover with popular anime Lycoris Recoil

  • Goddess of Victory: Nikke is set to cross over with popular anime Lycoris Recoil
  • You’ll be able to recruit the series’ two primary characters as part of the event
  • And you’ll also be able to dive into original narrative content featuring the two

Okay, so everyone loves Nikke for its awesome shooting and, well, everything else, but I’m really excited about all the cool crossovers they’ve been doing! It looks like Level Infinite is bringing Lycoris Recoil into the game on February 12th, and as a fan of both, I can’t wait to see what happens!

Lycoris Recoil, much like Nikke, centers around exciting gun battles. The story follows Takina Inoue and Chisato Nishigiki, two teenagers who secretly work for a government anti-terrorism unit while pretending to be normal high school students. They’re known by the codenames ‘Lycoris,’ and when they’re not fighting crime, they also run a cafe.

It’s a little over-the-top, but that’s what makes it fun! Starting next Thursday, a brand-new story based on the series will be available in Goddess of Victory: Nikke, and you’ll be able to play as the characters Inou and Nishigiki.

While we try to grapple with where these two will end up on our
Goddess of Victory: Nikke tier list
, I’m sure you’re wondering what else is coming as part of this crossover.

Nikke’s team is keeping some details under wraps for now, but they’ve promised to share more information soon. This will include what special abilities the new characters, Inoue and Nishigiki, will have, and what players can earn through missions and other events. It all sounds really exciting and gives players a great reason to check out the event when it launches on February 14th.
