Without Gojo, the other characters have been struggling to survive. However, Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen is on its way, and it seems likely that this is where Gojo will finally be released.

During Anime Pasadena 2025, Kaiji Tang, the English voice actor for Gojo, was asked what he was most excited about in the series. While he didn’t want to reveal any spoilers, he strongly suggested that Gojo will return in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3. Tang mentioned he’s been waiting years for a particular moment, which fans believe refers to Gojo being unsealed.
