The top two teams from the Pools move on to Round 1 of the Winners Bracket, while the third-place team advances to Lower Round 1. Teams that finish fourth in the Pools are out of the tournament. Remaining players will then compete in a 12-team Double Elimination Championship Bracket for the largest share of the prize money.

At the Halo World Championship 2024, a total cash prize of $1 million is up for grabs, with this sum being distributed amongst the top 16 finishing positions. Here’s how the prize money will be allocated based on each competitor’s final ranking:

Furthermore, the year-end High School Esports (HCS) Free-for-All (FFA) competition will take place during the Halo World Championship 2024. Aspiring players can sign up at the event and participate in a $25,000 prize pool, allocated based on final rankings among the top 8 positions.
