In Heartopia, you can redeem codes by opening your watch and going to Settings. Look for the “Redeem Code” button at the bottom right of the Settings screen and click it. When prompted, enter the code – you don’t need to worry about uppercase or lowercase letters, as the game isn’t sensitive to capitalization.
After entering the code, users need to click ‘Redeem’. Finally, they can get their gift simply by checking the mailbox at their house.
