Heartopia Winter Frost Week 2 Guide (Bird, Fish & Insect Locations)

The second week of Heartopia’s Winter Frost Event is now underway, bringing even more special, limited-time items to discover before the event ends. This week focuses on exploration, with new creatures like glowing Frostspore Butterflies, Winter Birds, and Frostspore Fish, plus the addition of Highland Poppy flowers. If you’re feeling lost on where to start, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know about week two of the Winter Frost event in Heartopia.

All Frostspore Butterflies in Heartopia

You can start catching Frostspore Butterflies in Heartopia once you reach Insect Hobby Level 1. However, catching the rarer, five-star butterflies will require at least Level 6.

To start this quest, speak with Naniwa and select the “Mysterious Frostspore Butterflies” option. Naniwa will tell you about special butterflies that have been affected by Frostspore, making them glow with ice and look unusually beautiful. Once you accept the quest, you’ll start finding these butterflies, ready to be caught.

Highland Poppy

The Winter Frost Event continues with Week 2 bringing a new flower: Highland Poppies. These special poppies can only be planted while the event is active, and the event lasts until March 14th.

You can get the Highland Poppy by talking to Blanc during the second week of the game. She’ll give you a quest to help you buy and plant your first poppy. After that, you can always buy Highland Poppy seeds at Blanc’s Gardening Store.

Highland Poppies grow quickly, maturing in just one day, but they need to be planted near at least two fully grown flowers. This allows them to easily mix their traits and create new flower types. By cross-breeding them, you can develop unique colors and improve the quality of your flowers.

Rainbow Breeding Powder helps your flower hybrids grow successfully, and using Rainbow Bouquets while watering can activate the powder’s special effects. Remember to water your flowers regularly!
