As Sunblinkis developer works on ensuring the Apple Arcade updates for “Hello Kitty Island Adventure” are compatible with its PC and Nintendo Switch versions, they are also preparing for the game’s PlayStation 5 debut on August 5, 2025. The PS5 version will offer the eight main regions, a variety of beloved Sanrio characters for player interaction, and a multiplayer mode to enjoy with companions. Additionally, until August 23, “Hello Kitty Island Adventure” is hosting a Friendship Festival event starring My Melody and Kuromi, so it’s possible that early PS5 players might experience this event before it concludes.
