HoloCure: 0.7 Update All New Weapons, Items, Stamps, and Collabs

As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming experience under my belt, I must say that the recent additions to this game are truly remarkable! The new weapon stamps and character-specific items have added an entirely new layer of strategy and customization to the gameplay.

HoloCure is an engaging indie game modeled after Hololive Production’s VTubers, offering a roguelike experience. The latest significant update, version 0.7, brings fresh content for players to delve into, along with tweaks to the balance of existing characters and items. Notable additions in this update include new characters, items, stages, systems, and entertaining minigames.

In the latest release, gamers are given the chance to try out novel configurations of weapons, accessories, seals, and collaborative elements within HoloCure 0.7. Let’s explore these exciting new features in detail.

0.7 Weapons & Collabs

Weapon: Owl Dagger

The Owl Dagger is a fresh melee weapon that becomes available once you achieve “I Am… Peko!“, by overcoming the final boss in Stage 5, known as Pekodam. This weapon is reminiscent of Nanashi Mumei from Hololive Promise.

Owl Dagger
Level 1 A very fast dagger that slashes continuously in front.
Level 2 Reduce the time between attacks by 20%.
Level 3 Increase damage by 20%.
Level 4 Increase attack area by 20%.
Level 5 Reduce the time between attacks by 30%.
Level 6 Increase damage by 20%.
Level Max Reduce the time between attacks further and slashes twice each time.

Possible Enchantments:

  • Crit Damage +10%
  • Cooldown -10%
  • Damage +15%
  • Size +15%

Collaboration: Blood Lust

The brand-new combat weapon, dubbed Blood Lust, can be acquired by merging a fully upgraded Owl Dagger and a fully upgraded Psycho Axe. This weapon allows the character to perform continuous, swift attacks in front of them. Although categorized as a melee weapon, these slashes generate projectiles that travel quite far, providing it with impressive range. The Blood Lust collaboration is inspired by Nanashi Mumei, a member of Hololive Promise, and Hoshimachi Suisei, part of Generation 0.

Blood Lust
Level Max Two powerful murderous forces combine.

Collaboration: Black Plague

The Black Plague is a freshly crafted melee weapon, resulting from the fusion of fully upgraded EN’s Curse and Owl Dagger. You can obtain EN’s Curse upon accomplishing the achievement “You have been Cursed,” which requires defeating the final boss of stage 3, Spiderchama.

This weapon inflicts a persistent harm-over-time impact on surrounding opponents. Furthermore, bosses afflicted with the “Black Plague” have a chance to be swiftly vanquished with each instance of damage they sustain. The “Black Plague Collab” is a nod to Nanashi Mumei’s music video starring Hakoz Baelz.

Black Plague
Level Max A historically deadly disease that continuously spreads to any targets nearby. Has a very small chance to defeat a target instantly.

Super Collaboration: True Infinite BL Works

As an avid player, I’m thrilled about the new creation in our game – the extraordinary “True Infinite BL Works”! This marvel is born from the fusion of a fully upgraded Collab weapon and a maxed-out item. To craft this Super Collab, we need to merge the Collab weapon, “BL Fujoshi,” with the top-tier item, “Hope Soda.

In contrast to BL Fujoshi’s two revolving book and axe circles surrounding the character, True Infinite BL Works introduces an additional layer, making it three rings of books that inflict damage on everything they encounter. This special collaboration is a nod to Hoshimachi Suisei, Houshou Marine, and IryS.

Black Plague
Level Max A historically deadly disease that continuously spreads to any targets nearby. Has a very small chance to defeat a target instantly.

0.7 Items

Corporation Pin

Corporation Pin is a new item unlocked by completing the achievement Bigger, which requires players to reach at least 500% Pick Up Range during a run. This feat can be accomplished with the help of the Limiter item or its Super variant, both of which are unlocked by completing Limiters Released!, an achievement earned by surviving at least 10 minutes with Tsukumo Sana. The Corporation Pin increases the attack area of all weapons, scaling with every 40% Pick Up Range the player currently has.

Corporation Pin
Level 1 Every 40% of Pick Up Radius also increases attack area of all weapons by 2%.
Level 2 Every 40% of Pick Up Radius also increases attack area of all weapons by 2.5%.
Level Max Every 40% of Pick Up Radius also increases attack area of all weapons by 3%.

Promise Tiara

The “Promised Tiara” is an award earned upon completing the achievement called “Stamp Collector,” which tasks players with selling ten or more weapon Stamps in one go. This artifact enhances both Critical Hit Chance and Haste, depending on the number of Stamps dropped during the gameplay session, even those obtained prior to selecting the “Promised Tiara.” As a result of the 0.7 update, players can potentially boost their stats by +22% Critical Hit Chance and +44% Haste when all 22 available Stamps are collected, which is a nod to the five members of HoloPromise.

Promise Tiara
Level 1 Increase the drop rate of Stamps by 30%. For each Stamp that has ever dropped, gain +0.5% Crit and +1% Haste permanently.
Level 2 Increase the drop rate of Stamps by 30%. For each Stamp that has ever dropped, gain +0.75% Crit and +1.5% Haste permanently.
Level Max Increase the drop rate of Stamps by 30%. For each Stamp that has ever dropped, gain +1% Crit and +2% Haste permanently.

Raven Feather

Obtaining the item Raven Feather is achieved by fulfilling the requirement of the achievement Just One More Life. This challenge asks players to resurrect precisely three times during a single run in Stage mode, using the obtained item known as Chicken’s Feather. The acquisition of Chicken’s Feather itself is earned by enduring for 10 minutes while playing as the character Takanashi Kiara, and completing the achievement named Chicken Down.

Using Raven Feather in game provides an additional life and boosts attack power by 6% every minute. However, using a life resets the ATK buff and results in losing half of the HoloCoins earned at the end of each playthrough. This item is associated with Nerissa Ravencroft from the Hololive Adventure.

Raven Feather
Level Max Gain +1 life. Increase 6% ATK every minute. Upon losing 1 life, lose the gained ATK and lose 50% gained HoloCoins at the end of the game.

0.7 Weapon Stamps

Collector Stamp

When armed, the Collector Stamp enhances the likelihood that enemies will drop a stamp upon being vanquished by the character’s primary weapon.

Collector Stamp
Level 1 If a target is defeated within 2 seconds after being hit by this weapon, they have a 1% chance to drop a Stamp, but may drop a mushroom instead.
Level 2 If a target is defeated within 2 seconds after being hit by this weapon, they have a 2% chance to drop a Stamp, but may drop a mushroom instead.
Level Max If a target is defeated within 2 seconds after being hit by this weapon, they have a 3% chance to drop a Stamp, but may drop a mushroom instead.

Rock Hard Stamp

As a fan, I’d put it this way: When I wield the Rock Hard Stamp, it amps up my main weapon’s damage and shortens the cooldown between all my attacks while I’m stationary. It can be tricky to master on more fragile characters at the outset of a game, but on tougher characters like Shirogane Noel later on, it becomes an absolute game-changer!

Rock Hard Stamp
Level 1 While not moving, increase the damage of this weapon by 20% and reduce the time between all weapons by 30%.
Level 2 While not moving, increase the damage of this weapon by 25% and reduce the time between all weapons by 40%.
Level Max While not moving, increase the damage of this weapon by 30% and reduce the time between all weapons by 50%.
