Besides the Alpha Pokémon, you can find and catch six different Pokémon in Wild Zone 11 of Pokémon Legends: Z-A. This area, which is divided by a small river, features strong Water-type Pokémon, offering trainers excellent choices for building their teams.
This guide will show you where to find all the Pokémon in Wild Zone 11, and explain how to get across the river that splits the zone. Here’s what you need to know.
Wild Zone 11 becomes available once you reach Rank E by defeating Canari, the Electric-type streamer, during Main Mission 14.

You can’t go directly across the river in the Wild Zone. To reach the opposite side, you’ll need to leave the zone and go around the outside, using one of the other entrances.
Furfrou Location
- Time: Day/Night
You can find four Furfrou in Wild Zone 11. Two are on the raised dirt path in the south, and the other two are close to the gate in the northwest.
Clauncher Location
- Time: Day/Night
Multiple Clauncher can be found swimming in the water that runs through the middle of the map.
Stunfisk Location
- Time: Day/Night
Stunfisk like to stay hidden in the tall grass along riverbanks, and you can find a lot of them in Wild Zone 11.
Inkay Location
- Time: Day/Night
Okay, so I’ve been hunting for Inkay, and I finally figured out where they are! You can find them swimming around in the water way over on the left side of Wild Zone 11, right under the bridge. There’s usually another one swimming just a little bit north of that first one. But here’s the weird part – if you want to evolve Inkay into Malamar, you have to hold your Switch upside down when it levels up to 30! It’s a little glitchy, but it works!
Slowpoke Location
- Time: Day/Night
You can find Slowpoke on the north side of Wild Zone 11. To get there, a quick route is to fast travel to Wild Zone 6, then turn around and head right. The entrance to Wild Zone 11 is just across the bridge.
Gyarados Location
- Time: Day/Night
Gyarados is a rare Pokémon that appears in the river near the entrance to Wild Zone 11. To increase your chances of finding one, repeatedly fast travel to and from Wild Zone 11. This resets the Pokémon that appear in the area. If a Gyarados spawns, you’ll be able to see it right outside the entrance.
Alpha Clawitzer Location
- Time: Day/Night
A powerful Alpha Clawitzer, level 42, has appeared near a Clauncher in the river. Be careful – it’s very aggressive!
Alpha Clawitzer automatically learns the Ice Beam move, and you’ll need it to finish Main Mission 19.
Alpha Slowbro Location
- Time: Day/Night
In the northeastern part of Wild Zone 11, you’ll find a level 41 Alpha Slowbro resting near a Slowpoke. It’s a tough Pokémon that doesn’t react quickly, but can take a lot of damage.
TM Psychic can be found in the bramble vines next to the Alpha Slowbro, indicated by a yellow glow.
