You can find Kangaskhan near both the north and south ends of Wild Zone 19 – a pair is located right at the northern entrance, and several others spawn amongst the brambles in the southern area. If you need a Kangaskhanite, you can buy one at the Stone Emporium for 70,000 Poke Dollars.
Furfrou Location

You can find Eevee in the northwest section of Wild Area 19, hiding among the bushes near the burnable brambles that hold the Hurricane TM. It’s a quick Pokémon, so pay close attention to spot it!
