On construction sites, planks are commonly found. If you’re short on planks and don’t want to go out, you can dismantle furniture such as shelves and chairs. If you’re playing Project Zomboid in admin mode, you can simply use the “/additem” command to spawn items.

Zombies would find it considerably tougher to shatter a barricaded window with multiple layers compared to one with just a single pane of glass and frame.
