However, the one thing we do know is that we are searching for Relics, and at the summit of the mountain, you will be able to get your first one as the game’s first chapter draws to a close.
However, it ends with a bang as the grande finale sees you face off against the Black Bear Guai, a fearsome black bear boss which serves as the Black Wind King’s final form.

Additionally, during your journey towards the Black Bear Guai boss area, you’ll encounter a chance to grab a Celestial Nonary Pill. This item can substantially boost your total stamina.
You’ll find the specified item in the zone inhabited by a big group of enemies, including many archers on your way to the peak. Therefore, remember to employ your freshly learned Cloud Step Charm for stealthy movement and retrieval of this item without being spotted.

Their burning assaults can quickly build up and make even the most challenging segments of a fight seem overwhelming. However, being able to nullify these effects completely takes away much of the intimidation factor, making it easier to approach this potentially tricky stretch with confidence.
How To Defeat Black Bear Guai
In this battle, the opponent is quite formidable, being as tough as a hard-boiled cookie and boasting an unusually high health pool. When you engage, take advantage of the opportunity to quickly activate your Gaungmou Spirit Transformation. Go ahead and use it promptly.
Following our first interaction, it’s highly probable that the bear will take off, vanish momentarily, and then reappear before me, jumping high into the air and charging towards me. I advise you to wait until it’s fully visible again, then swiftly move aside as it prepares to land on the ground.
Once you’ve managed a sequence of attacks, aim to keep it going by incorporating the jumping attack as your finale. This technique often knocks down the bear, allowing you to repeat this process 2-3 times consecutively for optimal effectiveness. Therefore, strive to string these combos together for the best results.
As an opponent, they won’t roll over without a fight. They’ve got a repertoire of potent maneuvers up their sleeve, ready to unleash devastating swipes, thunderous stomps, and unexpected flops that can pack quite a punch.
To prevent turning into a pancake, it’s wise to stay out of their path to dodge the sweeping attacks, and keep a close eye on them. If they unexpectedly flip backwards, swiftly move aside to create some space.
As a fan, I’d put it this way: “I’ll keep at ’em until their health drops below half. That’s when things really heat up! They’ll start phase two by stamping the ground, causing fiery fissures to erupt. It’s crucial to keep an eye on the ground and step lightly. If you spot any orange glows, swiftly move out of the way.”
Afterward, they’ll employ a swift gust of dark energy, dispersing it across the vicinity while assuming a particulate state – reminiscent of how the Black Wind King deployed his powerful spell during our prior confrontation with him.
During this challenging part of the game, I strongly recommend players consider either casting a Cloud Step Spell to create a distraction and take the blows instead, or utilize the Immobilization spell to prevent the attack altogether.
In addition to their usual behavior, Black Bear Guai’s assaults have not significantly changed. However, an important modification is that their attacks now result in a build-up of burn damage. This could potentially cause issues if you find yourself trapped within one of their combos.
To ensure you remain calm throughout the final phases of this battle, equip the Fireproof Mantle for protection. If by chance you get engulfed in flames, simply roll on the ground to put them out.
