How to Beat Muskan in Crimson Desert

When you reach Tashkalp, a member of the Greymanes might ask you to look into something at the Bonepit. They believe the current champion is using unfair methods. Since the Bonepit only allows fighting with fists, Kliff will have to compete and win the match.

Okay, so the Bonepit is tough โ€“ you gotta win three fights back-to-back, and it’s super frustrating when you can’t use your best swords! I was stuck there for a while, honestly. This guide is going to break down each enemy and show you exactly how to beat them without having to start the whole thing over. It’ll save you a lot of headaches, trust me!

After defeating Drakane and Jaleel, you can challenge Muskan repeatedly without having to fight them again. So, don’t worry about losing to Muskan โ€“ you can always try again later!

How to Prepare for the Bonepit in Crimson Desert

Before you talk to the Bonepit Host, open the Weapons Wheel and select the Ordinary Gloves to equip them.

As a huge fan, I’m telling you, really focus on leveling up your Spirit and Health! It makes a massive difference โ€“ you’ll be way tougher and able to pull off those awesome Spirit moves. Trust me, you’ll need both to survive and thrive!

Upgrade Unarmed Combat and Grappling from the Skills, as the fights ahead are fists-only.

With Purchase Focused Insight at level 3, you can press the L1 button while in Focus mode (activated by pressing L3 and R3 simultaneously) to counter enemy attacks in slow motion.

How to Reach Muskan, the Final Bonepit Fight in Crimson Desert

  • You must first beat Drakane, the weakest of the Bonepit combatants.
  • Drakane will utilize a few mediocre combos, but you can easily bully his health with the right juggling of Square/Triangle attacks and R1+R2.
  • After beating Drakane, make sure you press X to “Participate” in the next match against Jaleel.
  • Jaleel is a bit stronger, with harder-hitting strikes and the ability to absorb more of your hits.
  • For Jaleel, focus on spamming Spirit attacks with R1+R2, and use Focus to regain Spirit and to slow time so you can counter him with ease.
  • Once Jaleel has been defeated, you can fight the final Bonepit opponent, Muskan.

How to Beat Muskan in Crimson Desert

  • Muskan is easy to beat when you focus on Grappling (Triangle+Circle or X+Square).
  • Spam Grappling and other Spirit attacks to lower Muskan’s health.
  • Use Focus (L3+R3) to rebuild Spirit and to counter Muskan’s hits with L1 just before they connect.
  • The only real threatening attack from Muskan is when the screen darkens, and he enters his invulnerable combo, in which he will attempt to kick you and throw you into the air.
  • During his invulnerable attacks, stay on the move and keep dodging.

Defeating Muskan finishes the Bonepit quest, giving you the Combat God’s Plate Gloves. These gloves are special because they work well with Lightning-based attacks and are part of the powerful Showstopper Abyss Gear set.
