The Banded King Shoemaker Butterfly lives in the Wanderwood Wilds area of Gibbi Point. You can find it in the northeastern part of Wanderwood Wilds, past the Ranger station and the Chavez-Ralston household, across the bridge. If you continue heading east, you’ll find another group of Banded King Shoemaker Butterflies just before you reach the lonesome easel and loop back toward Hothead Rock Geyser.

Okay, so the Magical Origami Butterfly is the final butterfly I need to finish collecting all the Butterflies & Moths in The Sims 4. It’s a bit of a process! Basically, I had to catch all 13 of the other butterflies first. Then, I needed to get my Papercraft Skill up to Level 2 and *finally* I could craft the Magical Origami Butterfly. It was worth it though, to complete the whole collection!
Following that, players need to return home, buy a habitat for the butterfly, and move it from their inventory into the habitat. This action will bring the butterfly to life, and their collection will be finished.
How to Find the Owl Butterfly in The Sims 4
The hermit ranger’s tower can be found near Camp Gibbi Gibbi. If you head to the camp and walk along the shore heading north, you’ll be able to see the tower, even through the fog. The Owl Butterfly can be found in the area between the shore and the ranger station. However, be sure to search for the butterfly while it’s still light out.

The Red Admiral Butterfly can only be seen when the geyser in Wanderwood Wilds erupts with fire. To trigger this event, players should speak with Toshie Akamine in Jelly Junction and begin the Melody of the Geyser quest.

Once the geyser spits out fire, the Red Admiral Butterfly will finally show up. It sounds like a bit of a fetch quest, but I’m excited to see what the lore is all about!

You can find the Richmond Birdwing Butterfly near the bushes by the porch at the Ranger Station in Wanderwood Wilds.
