In the world of Roblox’s Fisch, a multitude of exotic and seldom-seen fish species abound, yet none compare to the Ancient Kraken. Prior to the recent Atlantis update, the Ancient Megalodon was the most coveted catch. However, with this new addition, players now have an even more elusive marine creature to pursue.
In much the same way as tracking down the legendary Megalodon, catching the Ancient Kraken is no simple task. It’s incredibly elusive, appearing only once in a few hundred attempts, and when it does, be prepared for a lengthy chase. But with the right lure and ideal circumstances, you stand a chance at reeling one in. This guide will walk you through the process of catching the Ancient Kraken in Fisch.
How To Find The Ancient Kraken In Fisch
In the ancient lore, you’ll encounter the mighty Kraken exclusively within the Kraken’s Pond during the Ancient Kraken Quest in Fisch. This version of the Kraken Hunt is turbo-charged, and it can be initiated with Poseidon’s Wrath Totem. To start, either wait for a Kraken Hunt announcement in your server or use multiple Sundial Totems to expedite things. Once the event is active, make your way to Atlantis by positioning yourself on the fractured spot in the Grand Reef and utilizing the Heart of Zeus.
Once you arrive at Atlantis, head towards the southeast region, put on your scuba gear, then dive into the nearby pond. As you reach the ocean side, travel northward to discover the Kraken Pool. There, the enormous Kraken will be waiting for you. Now, use the Poseidon’s Wrath Totem, which you can acquire in Fisch by visiting the Poseidon’s Room and spending 1,500,000 in-game currency after completing the Poseidon Trial Puzzle. Please note that acquiring access to this room is contingent upon solving the puzzle first. Following these steps will initiate the Ancient Kraken Hunt, causing the Kraken to turn a deep red and making your encounter much more challenging.
How To Catch The Ancient Kraken In Fisch
Previously noted, capturing the ancient Kraken in fishing is quite a challenge, so brace yourself for extended periods of gameplay. Here’s what you might want to consider when attempting to hook this sea beast:
1. Be patient – The Kraken isn’t easily lured.
2. Use strong equipment – The battle can get intense, so prepare accordingly.
3. Stay alert – The Kraken is known for its unpredictable behavior.
4. Don’t rush – Give yourself ample time to react.
5. Keep a steady hand – A wobbly line can mean losing your catch.
- Before starting the hunt, make sure you have plenty of Truffle Worms, as they’re the Ancient Kraken’s favorite bait. Deep Coral and Kraken Tentacle are also solid choices, since their legendary rarity boosts resilience and luck.
- This deep-red creature has a progress speed effect of 95%, making it insanely time-consuming to reel in. To improve your chances of catching one, use luck boosters like the Aurora Totem, Merlin’s Luck, and Server Luck.
- The Ancient Kraken has extreme resilience, so you’ll need a highly powerful rod. Some great picks include the Abyssal Specter Rod, Heaven’s Rod, Poseidon Rod, Seraphic Rod, or King’s Rod. A budget-friendly option is an enchanted Steady Rod.
- Since the Ancient Kraken Hunt lasts only for a short time, you might need to use several Poseidon’s Wrath Totems. As such, stock up on a good number of these totems beforehand. While they can be expensive, you’ll likely catch plenty of normal Krakens along the way. You can sell these to the merchant to help recover some of your costs.
