In a role-playing game like Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma, customizing your character’s look is crucial. Players often seek a style that aligns with their character’s history or simply want to make them unique among others. Luckily, this game provides ample options for altering your character’s appearance, albeit with some restrictions. Here are the details on how to modify your character’s appearance in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma.
How to Change Characters’ Clothes in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma
Freshen Up Your Look
Players can switch out the fundamental outfit of their character by engaging with the wardrobe located within the dragon shrine found in every village. Not only will this area serve as a resting spot, where players can save their game progress and ascend to the skies, but it also houses the characters’ beds. By interacting with the wardrobe, you can choose a character and explore the various clothing options that have been unlocked for each one.
Initially in this game, players will find they have limited choices at their disposal, yet as the game progresses, more possibilities will become accessible.
Can You Change a Character’s Face and Hairstyle in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma?
Some Bad News for Series Veterans
I’m sorry to say, but you can’t alter any character’s hairstyle or facial features in this game. Once you pick your main character at the start, that’s who you’ll be playing as for the rest of the game. There isn’t a character creation tool in the game either. Additionally, the supporting characters you encounter during your adventure can only be customized through their clothing and equipment choices.
How to Equip Gear in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma
Add Some Flair to Your Characters’ Appearances
As a game enthusiast, I can personally guide you on how to customize your characters in our questing adventure. To do this, simply navigate to the ‘Gear’ menu. Within this menu, you have two choices: modify the look (Edit Appearance) and modify the gear (Edit Gear). If you wish to utilize an item for both its statistical benefits and aesthetic appeal, I recommend selecting Edit Gear first, then choosing your desired piece of equipment. Follow the same steps for the Edit Appearance option. If both circles in each gear slot now display the same piece of gear, you’ve successfully equipped it.
However, if you prefer to use one item for its stats and another for its appearance, don’t fret! Simply select different pieces for the ‘Edit Gear’ and ‘Edit Appearance’ options, and your characters will be dressed to impress with the best of both worlds.
