In the thrilling game of Mecha Break, your star attraction, the Striker mech, isn’t the only unique aspect. It hides within, a pilot that you can craft entirely from the ground up. Mecha Break boasts an extensive character creation system brimming with intricate customization possibilities.
One frequently asked question among gamers is: “Can I alter my pilot’s eye color in Mecha Break?” While it might not be apparent at first, yes, you can indeed modify your pilot’s eye color within the game. This tutorial will lead you through the process of customizing your pilot’s eye color and helping you create a unique gaming experience that truly feels like your own.
In the current update of the game, you’ll notice that the comprehensive color picker for characters, including eye customization, has been largely taken out from the character creator. At present, while playing Mecha Break, you can still adjust your character’s eye color; however, the choices have been reduced to pre-set options.
How to Change Your Pilot’s Eye Color in Mecha Break
In contrast to the beta version of “Mecha Break”, which allowed for precise color control using RGB sliders, the current full release provides a more restricted palette. Rather than choosing colors freely, you are now presented with a small collection of pre-set eye colors to select from.
If you want to update your pilot’s eye color in Mecha Break, follow these steps:
- From the Striker Bay, look for the Pilot customization option located next to the Striker Design option, and click it to edit your pilot.
- Then, in the appearance settings, click on Style.
- Once you’re in the Style customization settings, click on the Makeup tab. While it might seem odd, this is where the game places eye color customization.
- Under the Makeup tab, scroll to find the Iris section. This is where you can change your pilot’s eye color.
- You will be shown a limited selection of preset eye colors. Browse the options and select your preferred shade.
- Once you’ve made your choice, click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen to confirm your selection.
In the game ‘Mecha Break’, you’re welcome to switch up your eye color as often as you like. If you fancy trying out a different look before jumping into a fresh match with your mates, don’t hesitate to revisit this menu!
Can You Import Mecha Break Beta Customization?

I’m sorry, but it’s not possible to transfer your Mecha Break beta customizations directly to the final version of the game. For the full release, we’ve made changes like removing the full color pickers for makeup and eye color, and adjusting several sliders and color values.
Consequently, even though you might attempt to create your beta character manually, the appearance may not be an exact match because of modifications in settings, lighting adjustments, and the constraints of customization options.
